The Registry Has Begun! (finally)

Jeff and I ventured to Buy Buy Baby last week to begin our baby registry.  Armed with the latest edition of Baby Bargains, we felt confident that we could make some fairly educated decisions on all of the essentials.  Well... it didn't quite go as we had planned.  After 1 hour, we had only scanned 7 items!  (3 of which I later removed!)

Picking out baby stuff is much more complicated than we could have ever imagined!  Holy schmoly, there are a lot of options when it comes to EVERYTHING!  It was tough to know which products were the best & safest - and obviously those features don't always coincide with price or aesthetics.  Just because it's cute doesn't mean that it's any good!

We returned to the store last Friday and after several more hours of bugging the store's associates and reading our trusty baby guide, we finally made some headway.  Let's hope that Baby Savage likes our decisions :)

We also bought a rocker/glider and ottoman for the baby's nursery which will look similar, but in tan microfiber, to the one below.  Hooray!  It was the last piece of furniture that we needed.
