My First Month

Amazingly, little Jeffrey turned one month old on Friday.  It feels as though the last 4 weeks have passed in the blink of an eye!  We are slowly getting adjusted to our new sleeping/eating schedule and things are getting easier.  It's certainly been a whirlwind of a month.

Shelly's mom was thankfully able to stay with us for the first week and a half after Jeffrey came home from the hospital, making the transition easier for everyone.  She was the cleaning, cooking, and baby-whispering fairy that we so desperately needed!  And, a host of wonderful friends and family showered us with delicious meals during the first few weeks which was GREAT!  Thanks to everyone for your thoughtfulness and generosity - we can't tell you how much it was appreciated!!
