Gheesh! Mother Nature really owes me, and every other pregnant woman out there, a huge break. The Cincinnati area broke a 110-year old record today, for the most consecutive days over 90 degrees. Aren't we lucky to be witnessing weather history! (...right.) Who's not so lucky? My poor swollen feet and fingers.
Bottoms up pregnant friends - suprisingly, drinking more water helps you to actually retain less of it!
